How It Works
Please note — We work exclusively with solid gold (14K or 18K) in yellow, white, or rose gold, with the option to add natural or lab-grown diamonds and precious gemstones. Custom designs in sterling silver are not available. Our silver collection is accessible on our website and in our Bali stores.
Reach out with your ideas, reference images or videos, budget range (min–max), metal preference, and stone choices. The more detail you share, the better we can guide you.
We'll arrange a consultation — in person at our Bali stores, or remotely via call, email, or WhatsApp. Production takes approximately 6–8 weeks. Need it sooner? Just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Once the design is agreed upon, we'll provide a cost estimate. A deposit of 40–50% is required to begin production, payable via credit card link or bank transfer.
We'll share a detailed 3D/CAD render for your review — up to 2 revisions are included. Throughout production, we'll send progress photos and videos to keep you involved every step of the way.
Once complete, the remaining balance and any applicable shipping costs are due. International orders ship via FedEx or DHL, arriving within 3–5 business days worldwide.
