- If for any reason your purchase arrived damaged or there were mistakes from our side, we will facilitate a prompt exchange within 30 days.
- We accept exchanges only for unworn jewelry in its original condition and with its original packaging returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Otherwise we apologize for not being able to exchange your item.
- All items on sale and personalized merchandise are not exchangeable.
- To protect our jewelry and your return package, please pack the jewelry box inside a thick envelope with bubble wrap.
- Make sure the shipping insurance with the right value is included, since BITS OF BALI is not responsible for any loss during shipping.
- Exchanges are accepted for items purchased on www.bitsofbali.com only.
- BITS OF BALI reserves the right to refuse an exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
- Unfortunately we do not provide the return policy for all items purchased.
Exchange Process for Orders Within Indonesia :
For our Indonesian customers, we’ve made exchange process very easy for you:
- Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp us at +62-82176730787 to notify us, and we will send you a confirmation.
- Once confirmation is received, please put your jewelry in the original packaging, wrap it with bubble wrap, and place inside a thick envelope along with a print-out of the invoice. Jewelry must be returned with the original packaging.
- Please include the shipping insurance with the right value to protect yourself against loss, as BITS of Bali is not responsible for shipping from customer back to us.
- We recommend JNE, TIKI or Pos Indonesia companies to handle the shipping. Visit www.jne.co.id or tiki-online.com for locations.
- We will get your exchange processed as soon as possible.
Exchange Process for International Orders:
We will help you process an exchange very easy for you :

- Within 24 hours our customer care team will email you confirming your item and provide further instructions.
- Once confirmation is received, put your jewelry in the original packaging, wrap it with bubble wrap, and place inside a thick envelope along with a print-out of the invoice. Jewelry must be returned with the original packaging.
- When filling out the Commercial Invoice for your return package, please mark the package as a Return to avoid customs charges.
